針對我國邊防界碑數量龐大、布局分散、環境復雜、易被毀移的管理特點,為實現界碑位置及態勢情報的及時管控,提出了構建基于北斗的電子界碑態勢情報信息系統方案,開展了電子界碑管控軟件、定位感知終端、巡檢移動終端等技術產品研究,為國家邊防界碑態勢情報管控提供支撐,為國家信息化情報應用提供典型案例。

In view of the large number of boundary tablets,scattered location,easy to damage and complicated circumstances,proposed an state intelligence system based on BeiDou navigation system to realize effective control of boundary tablets,implemented technological research on control software,location-aware terminal and mobile patrol inspection terminal,sustained the management of national boundary tablets,and provided cases for the informazation construction of national intelligence system.
