民族大學生人文關懷長效機制的構建是大學生思政教育創新發展的內在要求,也是促進民族大學生自我發展、自我價值實現的重要支撐。思想政治教育管理者在逐步優化和豐富思政教育理論體系的同時,也應以提高民族大學生人文素養為目的,自覺地將人文關懷理念融入思政教育之中,要從關懷入手,重視"人"的差異化價值,將民族大學生視為平等的關愛主體,營造健康向上的育人氛圍,只有這樣才能提高民族大學生思政教育成效。
The construction of the long-term mech anism of the minority college students’ humanistic care is the inevitable requirement of the development of Ideological and political education of college students,it is also the need to promote the comprehensive development of minority college students. University education administrators should not only improve and enrich the ideological and political education theory system, but also consciously integrate the concept of humanistic care into ideological and political education. To start from care,pay attention to the difference of the value of the people,regard the minority college students as equal care object,to create a healthy atmosphere of education,Only in this way can we break through the dilemma of ideological and political education of minority college students.
