高校民族大學生面對嚴峻的就業形勢,應當轉變擇業觀念,樹立正確的就業意識,回鄉就業、創業,以改變民族地區的貧困面貌為己任,實現自己的就業目標。高校的"大學生就業指導"課,應當從理論和實踐兩個層面,加強對大學生的創業教育,培育創業意識,提高創業能力,為大學生的成功創業做好充分的準備。

Faced with a tough job market,ethnic students in the universities should change their employment concepts and establish a correct sense of employment--to run their own business or get a job in their hometown. Maybe they could change the face of poverty in minority areas of responsibility and achieve their employment goals. In the the "Employment Guidance" course,the teacher should strengthen entrepreneurship education for college students,cultivate entrepreneurship awareness and improve entrepreneurial ability to make enough preparations for running their own business.
