中越兩國合作歷史由來已久,近年來,在"兩廊一圈"和"一帶一路"的戰略指導下,雙方跨境旅游領域的合作不斷推進。而從文化層面來看,中越邊境地區的少數民族大都同根同源,文化上具有很強的融通性,形成了一條聯系密切的跨境民族文化帶。此外,中越跨境地區匯聚了兩國豐富的自然景觀與少數民族文化資源,這為雙方協同挖掘特色民族文化資源,并通過整體開發、合作共建機制轉化為特色旅游資源,進而促進雙方開展跨境民族文化旅游合作提供了新的契機。

China and Vietnam have a long history of cooperation.In recent years,under the guidance of "two corridors and one ring" and "the Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy,cooperation in cross-border tourism continues to advance.From the cultural aspect,the minorities of Chinese and Vietnam border areas are mostly have the same origin,the culture has a strong fusion,and formed a closely linked cross-border ethnic cultural belt.In addition,China and Vietnam cross-border regions gathered rich natural landscape and ethnic minority cultural resources,The two sides can jointly tap the characteristics of national cultural resources,with the overall cooperation transformed them into characteristic tourism resources,so as to further promote cross-border cultural tourism cooperation.
