依據現代學徒制、五年制"3+2分段"、校企協同培養等新型職業教育人才培養模式,提出了常駐式、嵌入式、托管式、貫穿式、聯動式等體育教學組織形式。高職院校新型體育教學組織形式具有靈活性、實用性、開放性、針對性、可操作性等特點,是提高體育教學質量和增強學生崗位體能,推進我國高職體育教學發展的大膽嘗試。

Modern vocational education is different from traditional vocational education; new vocational education talent cultivation modes such modern apprenticeship system, five-year "3+2 stages" and coordinated cultivation have appeared. In order to meet the needs of modern vocational education talent cultivation modes, the author put forward permanent, inlaid, trusted, penetrating and coordinated new physical education teaching organization forms. The implementation of new physical education teaching organization forms for higher vocational colleges needs the support and participation of various aspects.
