基于自然、社會和人文角度,對少數民族傳統體育起源與發展過程中的生存文化進行分析,發現少數民族傳統體育起源與人類生存能力、生存空間、生存崇拜、生存繁衍等存在密切聯系。隨著社會的發展,少數民族傳統體育生存文化向著健身健康、競技規范、文化習俗、藝術展演等方向變遷。

Based on the perspectives of nature, society and humanity, the authors analyzed the survival culture in the process of origination and development of traditional minority national sports, found that the origination of traditional minority national sports was closely related to human beings’ survival ability, survival space, survival worship and survival reproduction etc, realized a survival cultural leap in terms of quality with social and historical development, and changed toward such directions as fitness and health, competition standardization, cultural custom and artistic performance etc.
