塞繆爾·亨廷頓提出所謂"文明衝突"論,向人們展現未來文明衝突的可怕前景。其實,"文明衝突"與其說是對未來的展望,倒不如說是對過去的寫照。我們看到,由於貫穿於整個歷史過程的發展失衡,人類社會曾長期充滿著不同文明之間的競爭和衝突。今天,"一帶一路"的提出與"人類命運共同體"的建構設想,幫助人們將這種略顯悲觀的文明衝突論顛倒過來。我們有理由相信:人類並不是由和諧走向對抗,由和平走向衝突;而是由對抗走向共生,由衝突走向和諧。我們同樣有理由相信,"一帶一路"所包含的理念和所提供的戰略路徑,使"人類命運共同體"具有了現實的可能性,理應加倍珍惜,全力推進!

The theory of "the clash of civilizations"of Samuel Huntington has presented a horrible prospect of the future. In fact,it is more a portrait of the past than an outlook for the future. It can be seen that,due to the imbalanced development of the whole history,human society encountered competitions and conflicts among different civilizations. Today,the proposal of "one belt and one road"and the constructive idea of "community of human destiny"will help people convert the theory of "the clash of civilizations". It is reasonable to believe that human society will not develop from harmony to confrontation,from peace to conflict,instead,it will move forward from confrontation to coexistence,and from conflict to harmony. It is also reasonable to believe that the concept and strategic path of "one belt and one road"will make it possible to realize "community of human destiny". So,we should go all out to push it forward.
