We can prove the affinity between the Presbyterian and the political movement from historical facts of politic-religion relationships in Taiwan, so the research purpose to the issue first that explains the reasons of the affinity between the Presbyterian and the political movement by religious ethics. In addition, other mainstream religions in Taiwan such as Buddhism, Taoism, I-Kuan Tao and Catholic are less affinity with the political movement than the Presbyterian in the same historical background, thus this research also compares and explores these religions in religious ethics, then explains why these religions are less active than the Presbyterian in the political movement. In the research conducted, it is found that there is closely affinity between the Presbyterian and the political movement rather than other religions, it can be reasonable explained from religious ethics.
