《易傳》對「道」的詳釋，從「道路」、「道理」、「天地之道」到「形上之道」，是本體詮釋與創造詮釋相互運用的結果。本體詮釋的內涵，經由創造詮釋而使意義昇華；創造詮釋的目的，則在於詮釋本體而建構本體體系。而其最終方向，就在於探求生命的本根，以追求生命的永�琚C一方面說明，宇宙的存在與個人生命的存在的不可分割性，必須相融相合，合為一體；另一方面則在於，個人生命對本體「道」的體証與實踐。不僅顯現了「道」的意義之豐富性與完美性，並彰顯了其特質價值，包括有以述代作的創造詮釋、建構體系的本體詮釋，以及成性存存的生命體証等。

　　　　　The interpretations about Dao in Yi Zhuan range from "the path", "the principle", "the way of Heaven and Earth" to "the metaphysical way", which result from the mutual exercises between ontological and creative interpretations. The content of ontological interpretations is sublimated through creative interpretations; the aim of creative interpretations is to interpret the entity and then construct the ontological system, while its final direction is to search for the origin and pursue the eternity of life. On the one hand, we try to explain the indivisibility between the existence of the universe and the existence of individuals' lives, which must be assimilated and combined with each other. On the other hand, individuals' lives as the physical evidence and practice of the ontological "Dao" manifest not only the richness and perfection of the meaning of "Dao" but also the special values of lives, including the creative interpretations, the ontological interpretations, and the physical evidences of lives.
