題名：雙薪家庭夫妻間有一樣的婚姻滿意度嗎？--從夫妻性別角色態度與角色承諾的觀點研究

本研究旨在探討雙薪家庭夫妻性別角色態度、家庭角色承諾和工作角色承諾對婚姻滿意度之預測力與影響。以台灣地區共402 對的雙薪家庭夫妻為研究對象，採問卷調查法進行資料蒐集，經多元逐步迴歸分析後結果顯示：雙薪家庭丈夫的性別角色態度、家庭角色承諾、工作角色承諾與妻子的婚姻滿意度有顯著相關，而妻子的家庭角色承諾、工作角色承諾與丈夫的婚姻滿意度有顯著相關。在預測「婚姻滿意」度方面，妻子的婚姻滿意度由丈夫的家庭角色承諾、工作角色承諾、性別角色態度、子女數以及妻子本身的個人收入，可解釋總變異量超過四成。而丈夫的婚姻滿意度由妻子的家庭角色承諾和工作角色承諾、丈夫的個人收入以及妻子的職業類別而來的總解釋量也超過四成。 最後，研究者依據研究結果加以討論，並提出具體的建議，以作為雙薪家庭夫妻、或相關單位制定與推動相關支持政策之參考依據。
The purpose of this study was to realize the impact of gender role attitude (GRA), family role commitment (FRC), and job role commitment (JRC) of couples on marriage satisfaction (MS) in dual-income families. There were 402 dual-income families randomly selected in Taiwan. Both husbands and wives participated in the GRA scale, FRC scale, JRC scale and MS scale. Through the multiple stepwise regression analysis, results showed that wives’ marriage satisfaction was highly correlated with husbands’ gender role attitudes, family role commitment, and job role commitment. However, husbands’ marriage satisfaction was only highly correlated with wives’ family role commitment and job role commitment. Furthermore, husbands’ marriage satisfaction was dominantly influenced by wives’ marriage satisfaction, their own and gender role attitude, numbers of children, and wives’ personal income with a total of 42% variance explained. On the other hand, husbands’ marriage satisfaction, husbands’ personal income, and wives’ family role commitment and job role commitment as well as types of work dominantly affected wives’ marriage satisfaction with a total of 43% variance explained. Based on research findings, several recommendations were also provided in this study.
