In this research, we discussed about aboriginal people's attitude towards ecotourism, cognition to the ecotourism impact, and how they knew the ecotourism development strategy. Finally, we proposed suggestions for management of ecotourism and economic situation of Aboriginal people would be improved. From literature review, aboriginal people's agreement towards ecotourism was analyzed in three dimension, "attitude", "identification to ecotourism impact", and "cognition towards ecotourism development strategy". Fuhsin Village, in Tao Yuan Hsiang, Kaohsiung County was selected to be a study site, and data were analyzed by both SPSS and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results were as follow: 1. It had significantly positive effect that aboriginal people's identification to ecotourism impact would affect their attitude towards ecotourism development strategy (positive effect upon 0.71). 2. It had significantly positive effect that aboriginal people's attitude towards ecotourism development and management affect their cognition towards ecotourism development strategy (positive effect upon 0.59). 3. It had significant effect that aboriginal people's identification to ecotourism impact affected their cognition towards ecotourism development strategy (positive effect 0.82). 4. It was helpful and can improve economic income of aboriginal people to develop ecotourism strategic alliance. Based on this study, suggestions were proposed towards in aboriginal people, and tourism expansion department (including public and private). The suggestions included that help indigenous people create correct attitude towards ecotourism, to decrease every conflict (culture, economic, environment…) of ecotourism area, to communicate every ecotourism expansion strategy, and to establish ecotourism strategic alliance. Follow this, it would be benefit and helpful to Aboriginal people, environment, public department, and consumers.
