現代瑜伽可分爲健身瑜伽與靈性瑜伽。本文的主旨在於藉由文獻之檢閱,從瑜伽的流派及理論基礎,探討瑜伽對身心潛能開發的原理。瑜伽係透過訓練人體的七大脈輪(海底輪、生殖輪、臍輪、心輪、喉輪、眉心輪及頂輪)及五大元素(土、水、火、氣、空),而達到身心健康與平衡,進而提昇至靈性的開展,其訓練內涵包括瑜伽體位法、瑜伽呼吸法、正確地放鬆與積極地休息、健康的飲食及冥想靜坐。建議後續研究可朝向以瑜伽訓練爲介入處方,對身心靈提昇成效之實證研究,以豐富國內瑜伽相關研究之基礎
The case study aims to yoga and yoga of intelligence that modern yoga can be divided into and built up body. With the use of the purport of this text lies in with the review of literarture, from the school of yoga and theoretical foundation, the principle of probing into yoga and developing to physical and psychological latent energy. Based on the yoga passes the seven major pulse wheels which trains the human body (Sea floor wheel, reproduction wheel, navel wheel, heart wheel, throat wheel, place between the eyebrows wheel carry ship). And it showed five major elements (Soil, water, fire, anger, sky), Furthermore it is physically and mentally healthy and balanced to reach, and then promote the development to the intelligence, breathes the law, relaxes and has a rest actively correctly in its training intension including yoga body posture law, yoga, diet healthily and meditation sit quietly. Finally, the author will interpret and suggest the purpose for follow-up the study can move towards and regard training in yoga as the prescription of getting involved, endorse the positive research of the effect to the body and mind efficaciously, in order to enrich the foundation of the relevant research of domestic yoga.
