題名：重要他人及利他行為對大學運動志工之參與意圖影響

本研究目的在驗證重要他人、利他行為對大學生運動志工參與意圖之影響。以102學年度在學之台灣地區公私立大專校院及一般大學一至四年級的學生為本研究對象，以問卷調查方式收集14所大學運動志工。每所學校各發40份問卷，合計發出560份問卷，回收有效問卷431份，有效回收率77%。所得資料進行統計方法分析獲得以下結果：（一）參與運動志工的意圖與師長支持是影響運動志工的參與次數的重要因子，而利他行為與參與運動志工的意圖是推薦別人擔任運動志工的重要因子。（二）親人支持、師長支持、同儕支持、大眾媒體、利他行為及參與運動志工的意圖等變項能解釋參與運動志工的次數變項的解釋變異量為23%。（三）親人支持、師長支持、同儕支持、大眾媒體及利他行為等變項能解釋參與運動志工的意圖變項的解釋變異量為10%。（四）親人支持、師長支持、同儕支持、大眾媒體、利他行為及參與運動志工的意圖等變項能解釋推薦別人擔任運動志工變項的解釋變異量為21%。以上分析結果將提供相關研究及推廣運動志工單位參考。
