題名:正向心理學取向的代間學習方案於兒童對老人態度及老人成功老化之影響

本研究以有證據基礎的正向活動來規劃正向心理學取向代間學習方案,並透過準實驗研究,探討此一方案是否可以改善年輕世代對老人的態度,並促進老人成功老化。正向心理學取向代間學習方案實際內容包含細數幸福、回憶美好、改寫人生、仁慈行動、感恩拜訪、目標設定、發揮優勢、樂觀想像、正念冥想等九項正向活動主題。在實證研究上,研究者採用不等的前測—後測控制組設計,以60 對祖孫為實驗對象,蒐集成功老化、對老人態度之測量資料,進行統計分析。其中30 對祖孫為實驗組,參加正向心理學取向代間學習方案,另外30對祖孫為控制組,參加一般祖孫互動活動。共變數統計分析結果顯示正向心理學取向的代間學習方案可以有效提升老人的成功老化以及年輕世代對老人的正向態度。根據這些主要研究發現,研究者對提升老人的成功老化,年輕世代對老人的正向態度,以及未來研究提出相關建議。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the effects of positive psychology intergenerational learning program. Firstly, we constructed positive psychology intergenerational learning program based on positive activities including counting blessing, good things in life, positive writing, acts of kindness, gratitude visit, goal-setting, using your strengths, optimistic, and mindfulness. Secondly, Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study, and we recruited a convenience sample including 60 children and their grandparents to carry out experiment. During experiment period, 30 children and their grandparents participated in positive psychology intergenerational learning program, another 30 children and their grandparents participated in generational interaction activities. Thirdly, Participants completed measures of attitudes toward the elderly, and successful aging. Obtained data were analyzed by ANCOVA. Results showed effects of program on attitudes toward the elderly and successful aging were significant. Based on these results, the recommendations for the promotion of older people' successful aging, children attitudes toward the elderly, and future research were submitted.
