題名:重要他人對高中優秀學生運動員升學選擇之影響

本研究主要探討高中優秀學生運動員升學之影響因素,針對獲有全國各單項錦標賽事前三名或國手資格之優秀學生運動員15位進行訪談調查,並分析重要他人對他們升學的影響。結果發現,影響高中優秀學生運動員升學之因素可歸納為家人、教練及同儕等三方面重要他人的影響。首先,家人的影響包括耳濡目染、鼓勵支持、引導方向。其次,教練的影響包括耐心引導、鼓勵激盪、提供支助。最後,同儕的影響包括互相激勵、互為楷模、相互競爭。然而,這些學生運動員相較於一般學生,必須面臨學業與奪牌之壓力,因而需要重要他人的支持與關懷,且建立積極正向的自我概念。有鑑於此,學生運動員應該體認到除了專項運動訓練之外,在學期間基礎學科的養成教育是往後生涯發展能否順遂的重要一環。建議學校應該要協助運動員強化基礎學科,協助運動員訂定讀書目標、建立閱讀習慣、協助作業的撰寫與討論事宜,幫助學生運動員往後的升學目標設定以及生涯規劃,建立更明確的生涯發展方向。
The major purpose of this study discussed various factors about the student athletes entered the next grade school. The study adopted interview method, and investigated fifteen outstanding athletes, won the top three place in the national tournament or had qualification of the national team, and analyzed that the significant others affects their selection of higher education. The result reflected that main three types of significant others to the athletes are families, coaches, and schoolmates. First, family members could encourage and support athletes to guide their life direction. Second, coach could inspire confidence in athletes and guide them patiently, encourage them and give them fully support. At last, the teammates become a role model and make a healthy competition to each other. The athletes were different from normal students. Except of making good academic performance, they have the pressure to earn champions. They need strong support and concern from their significant others who really understood, guide, and helped them to build positive and active self-concept. Thus, both of academic learning and championships are is import to the athletes. The school should assist the athletes with the following suggestions: assisted the athletes setting studying propose, set up reading habits, supported their schoolwork etc., to aid the athletes entering next grade school, career planning, and guiding them a clearly future.
