摘要
由於網路交易的興起,提供各式各樣服務的全球資訊網路交易網站,也為企業創造了一個新的經營管理模式,經由網際網路虛擬環境,提供了使用者各種式樣的商品或服務,也對企業經營管理提供了知識蒐集、整合等有效的方法與途徑。
本研究整合人機介面設計於網路交易平台,適用於B2B ,B2C 或 C2C 使用者。由作者所創新的建構模式具有結合知識基底的系統,策略性決策理論,以及摩控回授理論,成為一個自我組織,解決問題和機會導向的方法模式。新的建構模式是八個步驟 (包括:1.模式目的建立、2.模式內容描述、3.策略擬訂、4.程式規劃、5.模式運作、6.人機介面設計、7.網路交易設計、8.修正與完成) 系統性的決策,以協助知識基底的人機系統設計者,解決網路交易問題使更具效率性並做出比較傳統更精確更可靠的決策。
由本研究所創新的模式係應用電腦為基底知識的表達技術,具有快速和自動化的功能,並且其採用新的程式語言如XML, UML 等。傾向於產生更佳決策結果,因此,新的創新模式將是推動知識為基底的人機系統設計成為科學化、電腦化、自動化時代,是用於網路交易平台的重要工具。
ABSTRACT
With the rise of network trading, the Internet not only furnishes users not only with needed products and services but also provides business managers with an effective method and channel for collecting knowledge. However, when we consider the life cycle of a product, all of the various tasks have a great effect on the cost, quality, and management of a business, and may even become crucial to its successful operation.
This study emphasizes the integration of man-machine interface design into an internet transaction platform for B2B, B2C and C2C users. The new developed model is characterized by its combination of a Knowledge-based System, Strategic Decision-Making Theory, and Cybernetic Feed-back Theory, in support of self-organizing, problem-solving and opportunity-oriented methods. The new model has an eight-step (specifying the purpose of the system, system content description, strategy setting, system programming design, model implementation, man-machine interface design, network trading design, revision and completion), systemic decision-making procedure, to help knowledge-based man-machine system designers solve the internet transaction problems effectively, and to make more accurate and reliable decisions than traditional method.
The new model, by exploiting computer-based knowledge representation, automatically and rapidly performs it, also tends to produce much better decision results by exploiting new programming languages, such as XML and UML. Therefore, the he new model will be essential to the advance of Knowledge-based Man-Machine System Design for internet transaction platforms into a scientific, computerized and automatic era.
