題名:應用問題導向學習於重症護理之學習成效探討

本研究旨在探討應用問題導向學習法於重症護理學之學習成效,研究對象為某科技大學之護理學系三年級修習重症護理學課程之班級學生,採兩組類實驗之設計,實驗組共44人採問題導向學習法教學策略,對照組共49人採傳統教學策略,開學第一週收集前測資料,兩組皆於學期結束時評量其學習成效。研究資料以SPSS套裝軟體建檔進行統計分析。結果發現兩組學生心電圖判讀測驗前測平均得分為:實驗組9.32,對照組10.61;問題解決能力態度量表平均得分為:實驗組3.73,對照組3.59,未達統計顯著差異。兩組經過不同教學策略後,學習成效指標:概念圖、模擬情境技術操作、問題解決能力態度量表、護理核心能力自我察覺量表,實驗組平均得分依序為99.00;94.50;3.93;3.98;對照組平均得分依序為66.24;74.55;3.64;3.49,結果發現問題導向學習教學法對學生的學習成效皆優於傳統教學。實驗組心電圖判讀測驗後測平均得分為89.77;對照組為62.24。問題導向學習法適合於重症護理學的教學,能在短暫時間內發揮問題解決能力,從6秒鐘心電圖學習成效及5分鐘綜合測驗結果,皆優於傳統教學法,能有效率的解決病患之健康問題,此結果可提供未來教學之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the learning performance on the Critical Care Nursing by using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) among the 2-year nursing baccalaureate students) . This was a 2-group quasi- experimental design. The PBL was used in the experimental group (n = 44), whereas the traditional teaching method remained in the control group (n = 49). Students interpreted ECG readings in the beginning and the completion of the course. Baseline data was collected prior to the course. Posttest data was obtained on the final week of the course . Independent-sample t-tests were used to compare the group differences. The research findings showed no significant differences on the pretest scores of ECG and Problem solving attitude inventory (PSAI) between the two groups. From the posttest data, students in experimental group scored significantly higher than those in the control group. These results can serve as references for future teaching discussions.
