六標準差在過去二十多年來日益受到重視,以六標準差為基礎也已發展出許多的方法論並應用在實施創新與改進專案的不同組織中。根據專案的需要和要求來適當地選擇方法、工具或技術是非常重要的一件事,並且能進一步正確地應用到組織相應的過程和產品。在專案確定後,小組應運用哪一種六標準差的方法較適當是相當值得探討的一個課題。因此,本論文旨在將六標準差理念與最新的方法,包括DMAIC、DMADV、精益、TRIZ以及其他一些工具,除在創新與改進的專案的基礎上建立一個整合模型並列出不同類型專案的特性、各階段的任務與應用的工具外,同時提供不同類型的個案說明以證明此模型的有效性。
Six Sigma has received growing attention over the last two decades. There are several methodologies were developed and applicated based on Six Sigma to implement the innovation and improvement projects in the different organizations. It is very important that the methodologies, tools or techniques are properly selected according to the need and demands of the project and further applied correctly to the appropriate process and product in organization. Which methodology of Six Sigma should the team use after project identification? This thesis aims to build an integrated model for the innovation and improvement projects based on Six Sigma philosophy and the up-to-date methodologies including DMAIC, DMADV, Lean, TRIZ as well as some other tools. Different types of project characteristics, main tasks and tools of each phase will be provided. Also, some different types of cases will be presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of this model.
