摘要
策略管理的研究已經有五十年的歲月,這一龐大且複雜的領域,已區分出兩大領域主流,一是大多數人所專注的策略內容(strategy content),以及少數人所研究的另一主流,專注於策略過程(strategy process)。資源基礎觀點(RBV)及動態能力(DC)是策略管理研究兩個最核心的主軸。 許多學者更是竭盡心力,根基於RBV與DC兩理論,以各種研究的主題,欲將兩理論加以延伸。
本研究從企業實務營運的策略決策角度出發,根據策略理論的策略流程主軸,在現今市場全球化及亂流般的劇烈環境變動下,因企業策略決策通常變得非常複雜,除了RBV及DC的理論外,應該如何建構在這兩大理論基礎下,更進一步描述或發現及探討那些因素,影響其策略流程,才可以適當描述卓越企業實務上的完整模式,以增添RBV與DC理論的可應用性,拉近與實務運作的實證價值。
本研究透過多重個案的深入訪談,分析所蒐集的資料發現,廠商在不同的市場動態性下,成功企業會以三種不同決策能力:調適型(adaptive)、深思型(interpretative)、即興創作型(improvisational)的動態策略性決策能力,掌握及整合獨特性資源(distinctive resources),並隨時考慮決策相關各因子間的持續互動迴路影響,以系統動力學的概念,根據決策迴路調整修正,產生最適策略決策及績效。發展出「市場動態性→動態策略決策能力→獨特性資源→策略執行→決策迴路」的模式,以更貼近實務地,描述成功企業的策略經營之道。從五項觀念性架構議題討論,透過多重個案的複現邏輯,發展出增加策略管理流程中,DSDMC模式之探索性研究,透過這些議題的發現,可做為未來可以一般化實證研究的方向。

Abstract
The field of strategy research is now about 50 years, in this large and complex field, there are two main streams have been split, strategy content has attracted more scholars attention and impacted both academy and practice substantially, the other strategy process has made much less impact comparatively.
Under current global turbulent business situation, the most challenging practice for managers is to deploy the necessary resources and make profit through the right strategic decision making. How to understand the essence of these successful strategies’ process under the approaches of resources-based view and dynamic capabilities theory would be a potential contribution to the strategy research and economics.
This dissertation aims to form a more comprehensive systematic structure of dynamic strategic decision making capabilities (DSDMC) in the strategy process study and for practical managerial application. By using multiple-case study, interviewed eleven listed-company-scale business top managers, studied their successful strategic decision process under dynamic market environment, to understand how they do in making the right decision in a fine-grained methodology. The result found there are three types of DSDMC are adopted in terms of varied environment, i.e. adaptive type, interpretative type, and improvisational type, which under the mediator of distinctive resources and complex process factors as system dynamics defined condition, a loop-based strategic decision making viewpoint been proposed along with other four conceptual issues which have been agreed with by collected evidences, which could be the hypothetic subjects for future further research to extend strategic decision making theory.
