題名:兩岸文化交流之夥伴關係、動態競爭與競合策略

文化交流是促成兩岸相互尊重,理解彼此文化價值的橋樑。兩岸文化交流始自夥伴關係,隨著全球化的來臨,兩岸同時面對同台競技的實務意涵。本研究目的即在檢視自1987年以來兩岸文化交流存在重要的學理需要;研究結果拓展交流應用的理解,並對交流經營管理實務有所貢獻,基於研究發現提出兩岸文化交流策略建議。本文採紮根理論(grounded theory)及模糊集合質化比較分析法(Fuzzy Set/Qualitative Comparative Analysis, fs/qca),樣本共15位臺灣與中國大陸曾有兩岸文化交流經驗之文化界人士進行半結構式深度訪談;立意取樣兩岸共150位具兩岸文化交流經驗者實施模糊集合之問卷調查,有效問卷76份。研究發現兩岸文化交流內涵,包括夥伴關係、動態競爭和競合關係三構面。兩岸雖分處不同場域,但同樣面臨競爭趨勢及全球化情境,產生相近的交流核心概念,所形塑的兩岸文化交流內涵並不專屬哪一方,端賴兩岸共同參與而獲得。夥伴關係及動態競爭是構成兩岸文化交流競合關係的充分條件,其重要性與滿意度存有差距,因而察覺交流現況問題。依據研究結果提出策略建議,以達成提升兩岸文化交流品質,共創競合雙贏目標之合作價值。
Cultural exchange is crucial to the development of mutual respect and understanding of cultural values between Taiwan and mainland China. Cross-strait cultural exchange initiated as partnerships between Taiwan and mainland China.The rapid globalization has forced Taiwan and mainland China to compete with each other. This study investigated the academic implications of cross-strait cultural exchange since 1987. According to the results, co-petition strategies for cross-strait cultural exchange were proposed. In this study, grounded theory and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis were adopted. Furthermore, semistructured in-depth interviews were conducted for 15 personnel with experience in cross-strait cultural exchange; these personnel comprised the study sample. Next, fuzzy set questionnaires were distributed to 150 participants from Taiwan or mainland China with experience in cross-strait cultural exchange using the purposive sampling method; 76 valid questionnaires were returned. The study found that cross-strait cultural exchange included three dimensions: partnership, dynamic competition, and coopetition-based relationships. Meanwhile the geographical location of Taiwan and mainland China differ, both of them face competition and globalization; their perceptions of cultural exchange are thus similar. The implications of cross-strait cultural exchange do not belong to either of the parties, but instead require the participation of both parties to bear fruit. Partnership and dynamic competition are required to create a coopetition-based relationship in cross-strait cultural exchange. The problems between Taiwan and mainland China have arisen because they emphasize different aspects of cross-strait cultural exchange. This study proposed strategies to elevate the quality of cross-strait cultural exchange to facilitate mutually beneficial co-opetition and creating the value of their collaboration between Taiwan and mainland China.
