本研究主要目的在探討越南中小家族企業之正式顧問與策略性決策過程之間的關係。研究證實,正式顧問對於策略性決策過程有顯著貢獻。對於具有家族背景的企業創辦人而言,雇用企業顧問具有深遠的影響效力。而家族企業與正式顧問之間的關係,亦即家族企業高度偏好採用顧問的建議來達成其決策過程。顧問的信任程度與採用建議和諮詢顧問的頻率具有高度的相關性。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of formal advisor to the process of strategic decision-making in the small and medium sized family firms through using the samples from Vietnam’s small and medium-sized family firms. The study found that the formal advisor has significantly contributed to the process of strategic decision-making. The family background of the firm’s founder has extremely impacted on the approaching and hiring a consultant. The relationships between the formal advisors and the family firm have highly affected on the results of applying consultant’s advices process. The advisor trusted level is greatly related to the level of applying the advice and frequency of using consultants.
