題名:合作處遇取向諮商模式之驗證與成效研究

本研究目的在探究與驗證合作處遇取向諮商模式內涵及其諮商成效,運用任務分析法來進行諮商模式分析,以確認其組型架構、改變機制,及諮商成效。
研究共分為兩個部分。研究一為修正與調整假設模式,研究參與者為5名年齡26至38歲的一般成人,進行5至6次的短期諮商,並使用「自我狀況評量表」、「諮商滿意量表」及事後訪談,確認模式具區辨性及諮商實際組型。根據諮商進行過程中所得之逐字稿資料,以發現取向之質性方法進行分析,最後建構與修正出包含四大巨集、八項要素與二十個細項的合作處遇取向確認諮商模式,並形成組型結構與諮商流程圖。
研究二為驗證確認諮商模式與成效,研究參與者年齡介於26至39歲的一般成人共計5位,進行6至8次的個別諮商,並配合「自我狀況評量表」、「諮商滿意量表」及事後訪談的運用。採用質性分析為主、量化數據為輔的研究方法。以質性研究了解本模式的諮商歷程與改變機制,並於諮商後進行自我狀況評量、諮商滿意評量、與事後訪談,所得資料結果歸納出,影響諮商歷程與成效的因素為:諮商歷程的方向性與循環互動關係、參與者潛意識正向期待的覺察、諮商師的特質與對情緒覺察、及諮商師的訓練與督導等四部份;有助於促進諮商歷程前進與成效的諮商技巧為深層敘事性同理、量尺技術、以及回家功課。而以量化研究來探討本諮商模式,對於參與者在「自我狀況評量表」的得分改變,發現本模式對於問題解決程度、負向情緒紓解、清楚解決方法、與清楚想要改變目標等改善程度有提升的效果。
本研究根據上述之研究結果進行進一步討論,並提出針對未來研究以及實務工作等相關具體建議。
The purpose of the study was to explore Collaborative Treatment Approach Counseling model and to validate its effects. For which purpose, two studies are conducted. Study one aimed to revise and adjust a counseling model, and study two purposed to validate the model. Study one adopted task analysis approach, in which 5 participants, aged between 26 to 39 years old, received 5-6 counseling sessions. Materials obtained from the Self-Assessment scale, the Consultation Satisfaction Scale and after the interview, were analyzed and compared by the qualitative method of discovery–oriented psychotherapy research. Based on the analyses, a model containing four theme categories, eight themes, and twenty items were constructed.
In study two, qualitative analysis was main method, and quantitative data supplemented was adopted to investigate the effectiveness of the Collaborative Treatment Approach Counseling model. Qualitative research was applied to further investigate the subjective experiences of the 5 participants to understand the counseling processes and content of therapeutic agents of this model. The results indicated four aspects that influence counseling processes and effectiveness: 1. direction of the consultation process and the interaction of four theme categories, 2. the awareness of the participant's Unconscious Positive Expectation, 3. emotional sensitivity and characteristics of the counselors, and 4. the training and supervision of the counseling model. Counseling skills, Advanced Narrative Empathy, Scaling_question, and Homework, also influenced counseling processes and effectiveness. In terms of quantitative research, found that the model for the degree of problem solving, negative emotional, and clearly direction for change and solution were improved. According to the outcomes, a model of change mechanism on counseling processes and therapeutic agents were then provided. Finally, findings in this research were discussed and implications and recommendations for practice and future study were also provided.
