本研究得到以下結論:
1. 國民小學教師能感受到校長有魅力領導行為表現。
2. 國民小學教師對校長的互易領導的對後效酬賞與積極例外管理的運用有較高的感受。

Probing the relationship between elementary school principals’ Charasmatic leadership and organizational change with the mediation effect of school social network. 4. Probing the relationship between elementary school principals’ transactional leadership and organizational change with the mediation effect of school social network. Participants were recruited from Taichung City, Changhua County and Miaoli County, using stratified cluster sampling. The try-out processes have been done to authenticate validity and reliability of study instruments. The response rate is 84.90% with 866 out of 1020 returned questionaires. The data is analysed by descriptive statistics, item analysis, ANOVA, T-test or F-test, and structural equation modeling.
The conclusions are as the following.
1. The relationship, centralization and resource acquisition of the social network of elementary school have obvious perceptions, and the recognition of social norms is relatively low.
2. The greater effect of school social network mediation of principals’ transactional leadership were higher for male teachers; 30-40 years old teacher age group comparative higher than other age group; 11-15 years teaching experiences comparative higher than other teaching experiences groups; teachers from 13-24 students class size group were higher than other students class size group .
