旅遊業作為世界經濟發展的最快驅動力之一,對實現“永續發展目標”方面具有非常重要的作用。旅遊目的地、旅遊過程及旅遊回顧等內容透過大數據和互聯網,都串聯成為伴隨數據生成、數據上傳、數據使用的全方位數據化內容體系。另外行動社群媒體是旅行用戶的交流決策平臺和旅遊大數據資訊來源,收集和分析這些旅遊數據對提供有關旅遊目的地的以客戶為導向的資訊,可為旅遊經營者和遊客等提供全面的服務,對社會、經濟、環境、人文的永續發展產生積極性的影響。
本研究透過文獻探討、描述性研究及田野調查方法,將無人機傾斜攝影結合社群媒體在旅遊目的地的線上旅遊服務中,發揮商業的作用,針對中國平潭綜合實驗區進行案例分析,開發了一個線上旅遊輕應用程式(小程序),且經由觀察法、面談法、問卷調查以及專家訪談,進行了小程序的實務修正討論,確認了後續的研究方向。透過實務設計實現了傾斜攝影三維實景成像技術,從PC端到移動端的應用,為消費者行為之決策提供參考的同時,亦為旅遊目的地經營者的行銷和管理提供數據支持。本研究以旅遊目的地、旅遊目的地經營者及遊客之間的新型交互方式為切入口,在數據化傳播時代中實現旅遊目的地的再生經濟效益和旅遊目的地行銷的可延展空間,更完成了傾斜攝影結合社群媒體所搜集的數據沉澱與轉化方式應用於旅遊行銷的功能,助益於平潭城市智慧旅行,實現旅遊的永續發展。
Tourism, as one of the core driving forces of world economy, plays a very important role in achieving the "sustainable development goals". Through big data and the Internet, tourism destinations, travel experience and travel reviews are all connected to form a comprehensive digital content system with data generation, data upload and data use. In addition, mobile social media is a platform of communication and decision-making and a source of big data information about travel for tourists. Capturing and analyzing these data about tourism will provide customer-oriented information about tourism destination and comprehensive services for tour operators and tourists, which has a positive impact on the sustainable development of society, economy, environment and humanities.
Through literature review, descriptive research and field research, this research combines UAV oblique photography with social media to play a commercial role in online travel services of tourist destinations, and conducts case analysis in the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area in China. An online travel light application (mini program) was established, and through observation, face-to-face interviews, questionnaire surveys and expert interviews, the revision of the mini program was conducted to confirm the follow-up research direction. Through practical design, the 3D real-life imaging technology based on oblique photography is realized, which, from PC to mobile phone, provides a reference for consumers’ decision-making and data support for the marketing and management of tourist destination operators. This research focuses on a new interactive method among tourist destinations, tourist destination operators and tourists and realizes the economic benefits of regeneration of tourist destinations and the possibilities of tourist destination marketing in the era of data communication. The application of oblique photography combined with the data collection and transformation methods of social media to tourism marketing will help Pingtan with smart travel and realize the sustainable development of tourism.
