題名:增強式訓練對不同性別的高中羽球選手運動表現之研究

目的:本研究之目的在探討增強式訓練對高中男女羽球運動選手在敏捷性及無氧運動能力表現的影響。方法:本研究受試者為國內高中羽球運動選手,男、女各20名。受試者將接受羽球場地專項折返跑之敏捷性及RAST無氧動力測驗,並紀錄選手前測個人最佳成績,之後進行為期8週之增強式訓練後,再行中測、後測並紀錄選手個人最佳之成績。藉以二因子混合設計變異數分析,比較增強式訓練對高中男、女羽球選手,在敏捷性表現及無氧動力表現之差異。結果:一、八週的增強式訓練,對於高中男、女羽球選手之敏捷性與無氧動力,皆有顯著的進步;在男生敏捷性前、中、後測成績分別為:3.57秒、3.45秒、3.37秒,而女生敏捷性前、中、後測成績分別為:4.00秒、3.85秒、3.72秒;在男生無氧動力前、中、後測成績分別為:80.48秒、78.69秒、76.31秒;而女生無氧動力前、中、後測成績分別為:84.95秒、83.07秒、80.23秒。二、透過4週的增強式訓練後,在中測時,無論是敏捷性或無氧動力,皆已呈現了訓練效果。三、八週的增強式訓練,對於高中男、女羽球選手敏捷性與無氧動力之測驗,其結果男生的表現都優於女生,且不具有交互作用的效果。結論:增強式訓練需要針對運動項目的特殊性,設計出有系統、有規劃的訓練課表,且有效持續5–8週之訓練週期。本研究以訓練輔具繩梯(側、併步跳)來進行敏捷性訓練,設計出單(雙)腳前後左右、小碎步、兩側位移、快速開合等快速移位動作,由於羽球專項步法的獨特性與這些設計的動作型態相似,而得到顯著效果。再則透過雙迴旋跳繩之間歇訓練(運動時間40秒,間歇時間40秒)及爆發力訓練(深蹲跳躍、快速跳躍),不僅能改善動力,更提升神經系統的反應能力及強化本體感覺,且對無氧動力的表現呈現正面的效果。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of plyometric training on the performance of agility and anaerobic capacity by senior male and female badminton players. Methods: The subjects of this study was the domestic high senior badminton sports athletes, consisting of 20 boys and 20 girls players. Subjects will undergo agility tests such as, 3-6-3 shuttle run back test, and anaerobic capacity tests such as RAST tests, to record player’s personal best results of pretest, then after 8 weeks of enhanced training program, all of subjects underwent the personal best results of mid- and post-test. By using the Two-Way Mixed ANOVA Analysis to analyze the difference between agility performance and anaerobic power performance in the senior boy and girls badminton players in the plyometric training. Results:(1) Eight weeks of plyometric training has made significant progress in the agility and anaerobic power of high school boys’ and girls’ badminton players. The results of pre -, mid -, and posttests of boys' agility were 3.57, 3.45 and 3.37 respectively. The results of the pre -, mid - and posttests of girls’ agility were 4.00, 3.85 and 3.72 respectively. The scores of boys in the pre-, middle and posttests of anaerobic power were 80.48, 78.69 and 76.31 respectively. The results of the pre -, middle - and posttests of anaerobic power were 84.95, 83.07 and 80.23, respectively. (2) After 4 weeks of plyometric training in the mid-test, regardless of subject’s agility or anaerobic power, the training effect has been shown. (3) Eight weeks of in plyometric training, for high school boys’ and girls’ badminton player’s agility and anaerobic test, the results of boys are better than girls, and there is no interaction effect. Conclusion: plyometric training needs to design a systematic and planned training schedule according to the particularity of the sports event, and it effectively lasts a training period of 5-8 weeks. In this study, agility training was carried out with a training aid rope ladder (side and side jumping), and quick movements such as single (double) feet, front and back, left and right, small step, side displacement, and quick opening and closing were designed. Due to the uniqueness of the special footwork of badminton and the movement patterns of these designs are similar, and significant results have been obtained. Then through the interval training of double swing jump rope (exercise time 40 seconds, intermittence time 40 seconds) and explosive force training (squat jump, fast jump), it can not only improve the power, but also improve the response ability of the nervous system and strengthen the sense of the proprioception, and show a positive effect on the performance of anaerobic power.
