題名:經營環境、資源與績效關係之研究:經理人創業導向的干導效果

本研究的主要目的是探討零售業經營環境、資源與分店績效之間的關係,以及經理人的創業導向在其中是否具有干擾效果。本研究選擇以臺灣家樂福台北北區、台北南區、中區、南區的61家分店中183處經理作為研究對象。
本研究透過流通產業跨國集團量販店資料進行實證分析,建構個人創業導向—量販店管理實務—經營績效之影響關係模式,可提供流通產業實務管理者提升經營績效,塑造經理人創業特質及強化量販店管理實務的重要決策參考依據。
實證結果發現,經營環境中的人口結構(所得)對EBIT呈現負向且顯著的影響;經營環境中的地理位置(租金)對EBIT呈現負向且顯著的影響;企業資源中的管理能力(庫存)對EBIT呈現負向且顯著的影響;企業資源中的行銷資源(行銷費用)對EBIT呈現正向且顯著的影響;企業資源中的行銷資源(行銷費用)對來客數呈現正向且顯著的影響;個人創業導向的風險承擔性有干擾地理位置(租金)對EBIT之影響;個人創業導向的創新性有干擾管理能力(庫存)對EBIT呈現負向且顯著之影響;個人創業導向的創新性有干擾行銷資源(行銷費用)對EBIT之影響;個人創業導向的風險承擔性有干擾管理能力(庫存)對來客數呈現負向且顯著之影響;個人創業導向的風險承擔性有干擾行銷資源(行銷費用)對來客數之影響;個人創業導向的預應性有干擾行銷資源(行銷費用)對來客數呈現負向且顯著之影響。
The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship among retailing environment, resource and performance, and whether entrepreneurship orientation of managers plays a moderating effect. The study has selected 183 division managers from 61 Carrefour stores in (Northern, North-southern, Central, Southern Taiwan) as research subjects.
Based on the empirical analysis of the data of multinational retail groups in the circulation industry, this research constructs a model of the relationship among “personal entrepreneurial orientation-hypermarket management practices-operating performance”. This model can provide the managers of circulation industry to improve business performance. Shaping and strengthening managers’ entrepreneurial characteristics are important for decision-making references of hypermarket management practices.
The results indicate that environment of population structure has a negative effect on the earnings before interest and tax (EBIT). Environment of geography location has a negative effect on the earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) . Enterprise resources of management ability has a negative effect on the earnings before interest and tax (EBIT). Enterprise resources of marketing resources has a positive effect on the earnings before interest and tax (EBIT). Enterprise resources of marketing resources has a positive effect with the number of customers. Also, the individual entrepreneurial orientation of risk-taking has a positive moderating effect on geographical location affect EBIT. The individual entrepreneurial orientation of innovativeness has a negative moderating effect on management ability affect EBIT, but it has a positive moderating effect on marketing resources affect EBIT. The individual entrepreneurial orientation of risk-taking has a negative moderating effect on management ability affect number of customers. The individual entrepreneurial orientation of risk-taking has a positive moderating effect on marketing resources affect number of customers. The individual entrepreneurial orientation of proactiveness has a negative moderating effect between on marketing resources and number of customers.
