題名:12週徒手衝刺訓練與速度、敏捷和反應訓練對蹲踞起跑之腦波功率、下肢肌肉活化及反應時間的影響

本研究旨在比較介入12週徒手衝刺訓練 (free sprint training, FST) 與速度、敏捷和反應訓練 (speed, agility and quickness training, SAQT),對於蹲踞起跑時腦波功率、下肢肌肉活化及起跑反應時間的效果。本研究以36位大專院校學生 (20至30歲) 無規律運動者為研究對象,隨機分派FST組18位和SAQT組18位,分別介入為期12週,每週3次,每次90分鐘 (包含熱身及緩和運動) 的FST或SAQT。所有研究對象於訓練前、訓練中 (第7週) 及訓練後 (第13週) 各進行15次蹲踞起跑腦波功率、下肢肌電變化及起跑反應時間測驗,所得資料以混合設計二因子變異數分析法,檢驗FST組與SAQT組經過12週訓練介入後,表現在蹲踞起跑腦波功率、下肢肌肉活化及起跑反應時間的效果,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果發現在蹲踞起跑預備期間SAQT組的腦部α波在後測時C3、F4及F8位置相較於前測有顯著上升,β波在中測及後測時所有位置相較於前測皆上升且達顯著差異;FST組的β波在後測時Cz、C3、C4、Fz、F3、F4、F7、F8及T4位置相較於前測皆上升且達顯著差異。起跑瞬間肌電變化發現SAQT組在中測時右腿股直肌最大肌肉活化電位顯著高於前測,後測時右腿股直肌與股二頭肌的最大肌肉活化電位皆顯著高於前測;FST組中測時右腿股二頭肌最大肌肉活化電位顯著高於前測。而蹲踞起跑反應時間兩組在訓練介入前後皆無顯著差異。本研究結論為多種訓練型態的SAQT與FST相較下,對起跑動作時的腦波功率與肌力有較顯著的提升效果,且在訓練6週中測時便可觀察到變化,雖然起跑反應時間並未達到顯著改善,但整體訓練時效仍優於FST。
