題名:成人體操技巧動作、體適能、執行功能與體操訓練之關聯性

目的:本研究旨在瞭解成人體操訓練與體操技巧動作、體適能及執行功能之關係。方法:本研究招募105位年齡介於20至50歲之健康成年人為研究參與者,平均年齡為31 ± 7歲。參與者需填寫問卷瞭解體操訓練時間,並接受體適能、執行功能及體操技巧動作之檢測。結果:體操訓練時間與各項體操技巧動作、仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎及立定跳遠皆呈現顯著正相關,與身體質量指數呈現顯著負相關。體操訓練時間與Stroop一致情境正確率、不一致情境正確率、一般作業轉換正確率及混合作業轉換正確率呈現正相關,與整體轉換成本反應時間呈現負相關。另外,體操技巧與Stroop不一致情境正確率、一般作業轉換正確率及混合作業轉換正確率呈現正相關,與整體轉換成本反應時間呈現負相關。結論:成人接受體操訓練的時間越長在體操技巧動作、體適能及執行功能有較佳的表現,顯示體操運動與成年人體適能及執行功能的正向關係。此發現有助於之後成人體操的推展,說明體操運動除了可以學習手倒立及後空翻等體操技巧動作,還可以作為促進體適能及大腦功能的一種運動處方。
Purpose: This study aims to examine the relationship among gymnastics training, gymnastic skills, physical fitness and executive function in adults. Method: one hundred and five healthy adults aged between 20 and 50 years old (mean age = 31 years, SD = 7) were recruited. Participants were required to fill out a questionnaire for demographic and gymnastics training related information. Then physical fitness, executive function tasks and a series of gymnastic skills tests were administered. Results: The length of gymnastics training was positively correlated with all gymnastic skill, sit-ups, sit and reach and standing long jumps. Moreover, the length of gymnastics training was negatively correlated with body mass index. The length of gymnastics training was positively correlated with Stroop congruent condition accuracy, Stroop incongruent condition accuracy, Task-switch (general) accuracy and Task-switch(mixed) accuracy. Moreover, the length of gymnastics training was negatively correlated with the global switch cost response times. In addition, gymnastics skills was positively correlated with Stroop incongruent condition accuracy, Task-switch (general) accuracy, and Task-switch (mixed) accuracy while negatively correlated with global switch cost response times. Conclusion: Adults who have longer period of gymnastics training experience showed better performance of gymnastics skills, physical fitness and executive function. These findings may support the promotion of adult gymnastics in the future, indicating that gymnastics can not only learn gymnastic skills such as handstands and backflips, but also can be used as an exercise prescription to elevate physical fitness and brain function.
