題名:能量飲對專注力與運動表現之影響

目的:本研究在探討能量飲對專注力與運動表現之影響。方法:以19位優秀的技擊運動員為研究對象。本研究採雙盲實驗設計、平衡次序交叉法與受試者隨機分派進行,所有受試者將進行三次相同流程的實驗,每次實驗間隔為7天。每次實驗受試者先進行專注力測驗前測,然後分別攝取低劑量能量飲、高劑量能量飲或安慰劑,靜態休息60分鐘後,再實施專注力測驗後測;接著進行下肢爆發力、下肢肌力及無氧運動能力測驗。所得資料以二因子共變數分析及重複量數單因子變異數分析,顯著水準訂為α = .05。結果:(一)專注力部分,皆未達顯著差異;(二)運動表現部分:在無氧運動能力指標中,攝取高劑量能量飲與安慰劑相比,無氧峰值功率、無氧動力、無氧能力部分皆達顯著差異(p<.05);但在下肢爆發力與下肢肌力,則皆未達顯著差異。結論:運動前攝取能量飲有助於提升技擊運動員之無氧運動能力,故建議教練與運動員可於訓練或比賽前攝取能量飲做為提升運動能力之增補劑,有助於增進運動表現。
Purpose: This study was to investigate the effect of power drink on concentration and exercise performance. Methods: Subjects were 19 elite athletes of Martial Arts. Using double-blind experimental design, balanced order crossover and subjects were randomly assigned. All subjects will undergo three experiments with the same procedure and the interval between each experiment was 7 days. Subjects take pre-test of concentration test, then ingested a low-dose power drink, a high-dose power drink or a placebo, after rest for 60 minutes, take post-test of concentration test, then the lower limb explosiveness, lower limb muscle strength and anaerobic exercise ability test. The data were analyzed by two-way ANCOVA and repeated one-way ANOVA (α=.05). Results: 1.Concentration part: There was no significant difference. 2.Exercise performance part: in the anaerobic exercise capacity, ingested of high-dose power drink compared to placebo, anaerobic peak power, anaerobic power, and anaerobic capacity were significantly different (p<.05). However, there was no significant difference in lower limb explosiveness and lower limb muscle strength. Conclusion: Ingested power drink before exercise can help improve anaerobic exercise capacity of martial arts athletes. Therefore, it is recommended that coaches and athletes ingest power drink before training or competition as a supplement to enhance their exercise ability and help improve exercise performance.
