雖然醫學界對創新投入越來越多的關注和資源,但業界對醫院組織文化的性質及其與營運績效的關係知之甚少。隨著對風險管理的日益重視,內部控制能否優化醫院績效以及組織文化、風險管理和內部控制是否對醫療機構的營運績效產生有效影響等問題值得研究。本研究對全國衛生服務體系的不同層級醫院組織(n = 661)進行了區域範圍規模實證研究,並使用因子和回歸分析以及結構方程模型(SEM)分析了數據。實證結果顯示出顯著的相關性,但風險管理和內部控制並沒有單獨的為績效之間的這種關係提供明確的支持。如果管理者可以考慮與組織文化的相互作用,他們可以顯著提高員工對營運績效的重視程度。
While the medical profession is devoting more and more attention and resources to innovation, the industry knows little about the nature of hospital organizational culture and its relationship to operational performance. In line with the increasing emphasis on risk management, it is worthwhile to investigate whether internal control can optimize hospital performance and whether organizational culture, risk management and internal control have an effective impact on the operational performance of healthcare organizations. This study conducted an empirical study of hospital organizations at different levels of the national health delivery system (n = 661) at a regional scale and analyzed the data using factor and regression analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The empirical results showed significant correlations, but risk management and internal control alone did not provide clear support for this relationship between performances. If managers can consider the interactions with organizational culture, they can significantly increase the importance employees place on performance programs.
