本研究以系統理論及動態能力框架為基礎,並加上數位轉型及商業模式創新相關研究,探討綠能趨勢下動態能力、商業模式創新、數位轉型及競爭優勢之關聯性。
本研究以某國營電力公司專責從事綠能工作的員工為研究對象,以普測方式實施調查,共發送問卷188份,回收152份問卷,扣除無效問卷與答題一致性問卷,有效問卷為130份,有效回收率為69.15%,以SPSS22、LISREL及AMOS 21.0軟體進行分析,研究結果顯示:1.動態能力對於商業模式創新具有正向影響、2.商業模式創新對於競爭優勢具有正向影響、3.動態能力對於競爭優勢具有正向影響、4.商業模式創新在動態能力對競爭優勢之間有具中介效果、5.數位轉型在動態能力與競爭優勢之間具有調節效果獲得部分支持、6.數位轉型在商業模式創新與競爭優勢之間具有調節效果獲得部分支持。研究成果可提供建議供個案公司及後續研究參考。
This research was based on system theory and dynamic capability framework, coupled with related research on digital transformation and business model innovation, to explore the relevance of dynamic capabilities, business model innovation, digital transformation and competitive advantage under the green energy trend. This research took the employees of the national-owned electric power company who dedicated to green energy work as the research objects, and conducted a survey in the form of general survey. A total of 188 questionnaires were sent, and 152 questionnaires were returned, with 130 valid questionnaires , valid return was 69.15%. The data analyzed was by SPSS22, LISREL and AMOS 21.0 software. The research results show that: 1. Dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on business model innovation; 2. Business model innovation has a positive impact on competitive advantage; 3. Dynamic capability has a positive impact on competitive advantage, 4. Business model innovation has a mediating effect between the impact of dynamic capability on competitive advantage, 5. Digital transformation has a moderating effect between dynamic capability and competitive advantage, which is partially supported, 6. The digital transformation has a moderating effect between business model innovation and competitive advantage, which is partially supported. The research results will provide the concrete conclusions and recommendations for the case company and further research as references.
