題名:臺南市問路店旅遊諮詢服務環境意象與永續發展機制研究

     本論文研究旨在探究台南市問路店旅遊諮詢服務的環境意象,以及研究永續發展的機制,在環境意象上,本研究問卷對象分為遊客與店家,遊客問卷研究結果顯示問路店可以提供各類不同的旅遊資訊,以及多元化的交通旅遊資訊,以及像智慧型科技或導覽解說的加值服務。店家問卷結果顯示認為店家所需為幫助遊客在台南觀光旅遊,以及增加店家曝光度;且店家對地方感程度高,可以提供更多元的文宣資訊。另外,以半結構訪談13家問路店,釐清問路店店家對於問路店之想法和敘事故事之建構,最後再與政府部門進行焦點團體訪談,以瞭解問路店政策與未來發展之方向。
      研究結果回應本研究三大研究目的,第一、在遊客與店家的環境意象上,提出具體作法:(1) 整合問路店的管理機制,建置完善的獎勵汰換制度,問路店系統納入宣傳策略中,協助宣傳台南觀光,並且增加問路店的曝光度。 (2)公共交通運輸工具資訊建置於問路店旅遊資訊,可以改善台南交通問題,也可達到節能減碳之永續功效。第二、在建構店家想法與地方感之敘事研究之具體作法:(1)在教育訓練配合台南觀光旅遊的措施,並以店家特色為主軸建構自家的故事。(2) 問路店可以朝向環境、經濟、社會三要素並重的環境教育為發展,以導覽解說作為永續發展的一部分。第三、在研究永續發展機制上,藉由SWOT分析,歸納出經濟、環境、社會三大要素為方向,提出具體執行策略或方案建議,以期促進台南觀光永續觀光發展,推動台南市問路店永續發展的具體作法: (1) 紙本文宣與永續發展環境要素產生衝突,應數位化旅遊資訊,跟上時代潮流。 (2)建立問路店的管理監測系統,店家才能有所依據,進而推動教育訓練,店家的參與度才會較高,永續發展觀光的最終目標是將台南市問路店建構成一個形象品牌。
    The purpose of this paper is to explore the environmental image and Sustainable Development of Tainan tourist center service. The subjects of this research questionnaire are divided into tourists and Tainan tourist center service. The results of tourist questionnaire research show that Tainan tourist center service can provide various types of tourist information, such as smart technology and tour guides. The results of the store’s questionnaire show that the store’s needs are to help tourists travel in Tainan and increase the store’s exposure. And the stores have a high sense of place and can provide more diverse promotional information. In addition, this study used semi-structured interviews with 13 stores to clarify the ideas and the construction of narrative stories. Finally, we conduct focus group interviews with Tainan City Government to understand the policies of Tainan tourist center service and the direction of future development.
    The research results respond to the three major research purposes of this study. First, specific methods are put forward in terms of the environmental image of tourists and the stores: (1) Tainan tourist center service integrated the management mechanism and established a sound reward replacement system. Incorporate Tainan tourist center service into the publicity strategy and assist in the promotion of Tainan tourism. (2) Information on public transport vehicles is built in the travel information of Tainan tourist center service, which can improve the traffic problems in Tainan and achieve the effect of energy saving. Second, the specific method of narrative research on constructing store ideas and sense of place: (1) Education training to cooperate with Tainan tourism measures and increase store revenue. (2) Tainan tourist center service can develop towards environmental education that pays equal attention to the three elements of environment, economy and society, and takes guided tours as part of sustainable development. Third, in the study of the sustainable development mechanism, use SWOT analysis to summarize the three elements of economic, environment and society as the direction. Propose specific strategies to promote sustainable tourism development in Tainan. Specific measures to promote the sustainable development of Tainan tourist center service: (1) Paper Propaganda conflicts with the environmental elements of sustainable development. Digital tourism information should be provided to keep up with the trend of the times. (2) Establish a management and monitoring system for Tainan tourist center service, so that the store can have a basis, and then promote education training, The participation of the stores will be higher. The ultimate goal of sustainable tourism is to build Tainan tourist center service into an image brand.
