摘要
現今大資料、區塊鏈、雲計算、人工智慧等數字技術迅速發展,其與實體企業的深度融合引發企業深刻變革。而在教育部份,「數字教育國際化」的概念最早由德國奧爾登堡大學(Carlvon Ossietzky UniversitaetOldenburg) 的伊麗莎(ElisaBruhn)在於教育國際化上提出,在資訊和通訊技術的説明下將國際化、跨文化以及全球化整合到高等教育中的傳遞性、目的性和功能性過程(Brunh,2016),而當從事數字創新,他們面臨著許多不確定性,補教業亦然,例如,關於數字技術的採用和服務創新受哪些因素影響的問題出現,因此公司面臨著不斷瞭解新數字技術如何與其業務相關的最新資訊並發現新的創新機會的挑戰。然而教育更需要現代化,而且與現代技術聯繫越來越密切,但不可忽略的事實是,數字化既是解決方案,也是新挑戰。故本研究目的,瞭解數字技術的採用對績效的影響機制,以及檢驗服務創新能力在其中介作用,對於重塑企業創新優勢具有重要理論意義和現實價值。
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, digital technologies such as big data, blockchain, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence are developing rapidly, and their deep integration with physical enterprises has triggered profound changes in enterprises. In terms of education, the concept of "internationalization of digital education" was first proposed by Elisa Bruhn of the Carlvon Ossietzky Universitaet Oldenburg in Germany on the internationalization of education. Under the explanation of information and communication technology, internationalization, cross-cultural and globalization are integrated into the delivery, purpose and functional process of higher education (Brunh, 2016). When engaging in digital innovation, they face many uncertainties. The same is true for industry, for example, as questions arise about what factors influence the adoption of digital technologies and service innovations, so companies are challenged to keep up-to-date on how new digital technologies are relevant to their business and to discover new opportunities for innovation. However, education needs more
modernization and is more and more closely related to modern technology, but the fact that digitalization is not only a solution but also a new challenge cannot be ignored. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the impact mechanism of the adoption of digital technology on performance, and to test the mediating role of service innovation capability, which has important theoretical significance and practical value for reshaping the innovation advantage of enterprises.
