  臺灣是一個海洋國家,主要生存和發展都依賴海洋。如果善於利用海洋,國家就加倍繁榮發展;但不懂用海,就會被海所限制。對臺灣民眾而言,本該是親近海洋,卻因為長年戒嚴以致於對海洋疏離。與此同時,透過政策宣示,必須逐步落實的海洋教育,就成為重中之重。
  至於知識圖譜是一種結構化知識的方法,旨在描述現實世界之中,各種概念連結的向量關係。透過知識圖譜,我們有機會捕捉到概念與概念之間的關係,並且可以圖形化的方式來掌握脈絡。至於網路圖譜則是透過大數據搜尋引擎,將钜量資料庫的資料,透過網路爬蟲程式,將資料轉變成可視化的資訊情報,也就是網路上的聲量趨勢、網路好感度、意見領袖、熱門頻道以及網民關心的關鍵字發展路徑等。
  因此,本論文希望聚焦在三個問題上,首先是海洋教育的知識圖譜為何?其次,是臺灣海洋教育在知識圖譜的脈絡為何?最後,臺灣海洋教育導入知識圖譜的節點進行耙梳,屬於臺灣海洋教育的網路圖譜又為何?據此,本論文先透過主路徑分析法,掌握全球學術知識庫的海洋教育路徑,確認全球發展海洋教育集中在海洋教育、海龜、馬尾藻、海洋環流模式、生態運動這五個節點。接著,本論文再透過大數據搜尋引擎,導入上述五個節點的關鍵字,加以比對、清洗、搜尋,從而建構2022年至2023年之間的臺灣海洋教育網路圖譜。
  結果發現,臺灣海洋教育的網路圖譜主要特色,是以負面新聞和訊息居多;以海龜為主的符號建構了海洋的再現;至於,臺灣海洋教育的知識圖譜脈絡仍處於邊陲;準此以降,臺灣海洋教育在學術和社會實踐方面,仍有長路要走。
  Taiwan is a maritime nation, and its survival and development rely heavily on the ocean. If we can harness the potential of the ocean, the country will thrive; however, without understanding how to utilize the ocean, we will be limited by it. For the people of Taiwan, who should be intimately connected to the ocean, years of martial law have led to a detachment from the sea. At the same time, through policy declarations, the implementation of marine education has become a top priority.
  As for the knowledge graph, it is a structured representation of knowledge that aims to describe the vector relationships between various concepts in the real world. Through the knowledge graph, we have the opportunity to capture the connections between concepts and understand their context in a graphical manner. On the other hand, a network graph utilizes big data search engines to transform vast databases into visualized information, such as trends, online sentiment, opinion leaders, popular channels, and the development path of keywords of interest to netizens.
  Therefore, this research paper aims to focus on three main questions: firstly, what is the knowledge graph of marine education? Secondly, what is the context of Taiwan's marine education within the knowledge graph? Finally, by examining the nodes in Taiwan's marine education and applying network graph analysis, what does the network graph of Taiwan's marine education look like?
  To achieve this, the research paper employs the main path analysis method to identify the main paths of marine education in the global academic knowledge base. The study confirms that global developments in marine education are concentrated on five nodes: marine education, sea turtles, seaweed species, ocean circulation patterns, and ecological movements. Subsequently, by utilizing a big data search engine and incorporating the keywords associated with these five nodes, the research paper constructs a network graph of Taiwan's marine education between 2022 and 2023.
  The results reveal that the network graph of Taiwan's marine education is predominantly characterized by negative news and information. The representation of the ocean is primarily constructed around sea turtles. Furthermore, the context of Taiwan's marine education within the knowledge graph is still on the periphery. Therefore, Taiwan's marine education has a long way to go in terms of both academic research and practical implementation.
