ABSTRACT
This research is based on the analysis, comparison and induction of Zhang Jizhi 's life, his calligraphy characteristics, and the spread of his calligraphy in the Southern Song Dynasty, using ancient documents, inscriptions and other materials, to conduct a comprehensive and comprehensive study.
The full text mainly focuses on four aspects:
1.Summarize and sort out the influence of Zhang Ji’s life story, important family members, career experience and social contacts on his calligraphy;
2.Explore the origins of his calligraphy and the nourishment of his calligraphy characteristics by calligraphers of past dynasties;
3.Collect handed down ink and written calligraphy of different sizes and writing styles, and organize, summarize and explore the calligraphy characteristics, collection heritage and authenticity of each type of calligraphy.
4.Discuss the evaluation of his calligraphy during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties and the inheritance and evolution of later generations in China and Japan.
Although the evaluation of Zhang Jizhi's calligraphy has been mixed in the past, and most of the calligraphy has been cut into pieces, altered, or even scattered after going through wars, natural disasters, plundering of collections, and entangled interests in the calligraphy and painting market, and has rarely been in its original state;however, Zhang Jizhi continued to challenge the world's tastes with his unique Chinese regular script and ugly calligraphy.
