摘要
本研究目的主要探討高中數理資賦優異學生生涯發展歷程的現況及相關因素,並歸納高中數理資賦優異學生生涯、職涯發展特色。本研究採用敘事探究的方法,深度訪談十二名高中數理資優班資優學生進行資料蒐集。研究過程中,高中數理資優學生敘說其生涯發展歷程故事,其中重要他人、自主及多元學習、同儕競合等,是影響其生涯發展歷程重要因素。
透過訪談發現,高中數理資優學生面對多元學習及生涯發展現況,所採取的因應方式為探索個人興趣、掌握自主學習、運用多元學習策略及投入服務學習多元展能等,此為特色。這是透過家庭成員、學校師長、同儕夥伴與環境互動的結果。而高中數理資優學生也須面對未來社會變遷的環境,持續努力自我成長。最後,提供相關建議給予資優學生及其家庭,高級中等學校與教育工作者,以及社會參考,並提供未來研究之建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the related factors of the career development process of senior high school gifted students in mathematics and science, and to summarize the career and career development characteristics of senior high school gifted students in mathematics and science. This study adopted the method of narrative inquiry and conducted in-depth interviews with twelve senior high school gifted students in mathematics and science to collect data. During the research process, twelve senior high school gifted students in mathematics and science narrated their career development stories, in which important others, independent and diversified learning, peer competition and cooperation, etc. are important factors that affect their career development.
Through interviews, it was discovered that senior high school gifted students in mathematics and science face diverse learning and career development situations. The ways they respond are to explore personal interests, master autonomous learning, use multiple learning strategies, and invest in service learning to develop diverse abilities. This is a characteristic feature. This is the result of interactions between family members, school teachers, peer partners and the environments. Senior high school gifted students in mathematics and science must also face the changing social environment in the future and continue to strive for self-growth. Finally, relevant suggestions are provided for reference for gifted students and their families, senior high schools and educators, and the society, and suggestions for future researches are provided.
