本研究之目的在探討影響人們使用元宇宙學習系統因素之研究,經由資訊領域的感知生理脆弱性 (PPVITU)、資訊領域的個人科技創新 (PIIT)、科技接受模型 (TAM),探討是否互相干擾影響其最終的行為意圖;通過339份的有效問卷,採用偏最小结構方程建模 (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, PLS-SEM) 分析;結果顯示資訊領域的使用感知生理脆弱性對知覺有用性、知覺易用性、知覺享樂之負相關皆是不成立的,由此可知人們對虛擬世界的新創知識領域充滿著好奇心與期待,即使在感知的生理脆弱性阻擾下也想嘗試未知的元宇宙;在資訊領域的個人資訊科技創新、知覺享樂與行為意圖中,皆有高強度的假設成立;且在回收問卷中發現,51~60歲的年齡層佔大部份,其接受虛擬實境學習系統之興趣更甚於其他年齡層,如何加速高齡科技產業的創新生活,將是未來研究與開發的任務。
The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affecting people's adoption of the metaverse-based learning system. Perceived Physiological Vulnerability via IT Usage、Personal Innovativeness in the Domain of Information Technology、Technology Acceptance Model, Explore whether mutual interference affects final behavioral intentions; Through 339 valid questionnaires analyzed by Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), Results show no supported negative correlation between Perceived Physiological Vulnerability via IT Usage (PPVITU) and perceived usefulness, ease of use, and perceived enjoyment. This suggests persistent curiosity and anticipation for innovative knowledge in the virtual world, even with perceived physiological vulnerability. In the IT field, hypotheses for Personal Innovativeness in the Domain of Information Technology (PIIT), perceived enjoyment and behavioral intention receive strong support. Further, it was found that the age group of 51 to 60 years old accounted for the majority of the responses and are more interested in accepting VR learning systems than other age groups. Thus, focusing on how to accelerate the innovative life of the elderly technology industry is a significant future task.
