題名:以劣化之原漆汽車面漆評估油漆紅外線光譜資料庫檢索之應用

     本研究係利用顯微紅外線光譜法(FTIR microscopy)結合其資料庫自動檢索系統及 圖譜比對法,探討原漆汽車面漆樣品,經以促進耐候性試驗 (JIS K-5400 9.8) 及天然耐候 性試驗 (JIS K-5400 9.9), 所致之塗膜劣化情形,評估此劣化特徵在刑事鑑識上之相關應 用,主要側重在分析劣化所造成之光譜變異程度對汽車油漆標準檔資料庫自動檢索方法之應 用與影審。經劣化樣品隨促進耐候性時間,以光澤度及色差值監測其變化,以直接證明其劣 化之演變。樣品經一系列之包埋、切片、打碇等前處理,續以顯微紅外線光譜儀測定,所得 之光譜除進行油漆展色劑樹脂分析外, 利用一套光譜資料庫比對查詢軟體 (Model SRC-200 Library Search Software),進行經不同曝曬程度樣品之光譜吻合值比對分析。結果顯示相 對於未曝曬樣品之光澤度與光譜比對吻合值,兩項數據隨促進耐候性試驗時間所產生的變化 較相似,顯現表面光澤度與透明漆是否受耐候劣化直接相關。但色差值變化及光譜吻合度變 化間並無明顯關聯。汽車透明漆受曝曬劣化較之色漆為明顯,且越接近表面劣化越嚴重,主 要劣化機制是聚丙烯酸酯主鏈碳碳單鍵受光氧化作用形成醋化反應, 1160,1250, 1725cm-1 等部份吸收峰隨曝曬時間增加而增強,造成光譜比對吻合值下降,色漆部份因受透明漆保護 而大部份漆劣化較不明顯, 但仍存在位經 200 小時曝曬即下降至 85 以下吻合值之情形。 此結果證實藉由油漆不同劣化程度之特徵,以光譜比對吻合比對法區別涉案之同種同顏色車 輛實際具可行性;另外,對於汽車漆之紅外線光譜資料產之建立與應用,實驗結果顯示建檔 應以含色漆以下之漆層為佳,查詢比對結果之解釋必須考慮因劣化所導致之比對吻合值差異 因素。
