In determining the existence of causation between the abnormal price and substantial injury to industries in anti-dumping charges, substantial factor or but for test (one of causes is sufficient) is often utilized to judge the existence of causation in antidumping issues. This article liiustrates judicial criminal and civil causation principles, attempting to find reasonable uniform rules for connecting relative causation in executive affiliates.
