題名:不同運動項目對學生運動員血液生化學的影響

     本研究的目的在於釐清不同的運動項目,經過長期不同訓練後的這些年輕學生運 動員,其血液生化成分是否受到不同程度的影響,本研究選擇柔道 26 人、短跑 26 人、中 長跑 15 人、舉重 15 人、游泳 14 人、羽球 10 人等六專長為調查對象, 平均年齡 20.4 ± 2.5 歲,血液與生化檢查項目作為分析比較的指標,結果發現如下:1) 柔道與舉重有較 重的體重,卻有較矮的身高;中長跑體重最輕,短跑與游泳的身高最高。 2) 中長跑有最低 值的紅血球數、血球容積比、血紅素,且三者皆明顯小於短跑、舉重、游泳。 3) 白血球數 以舉重為最多,顯著大於短跑與中長跑;血小板數則各組間無顯著差異存在。 4) 血清尿酸 濃度除了羽球專長外,其他各組全超越高尿酸血症基準值;柔道與中長跑的血清尿酸值明顯 大於羽球。
     The purpose of this study was to investigate the hematological and biochemical changes in young male athletes of different sport major. The hematological and biochemical variables concentration were determined in six groups included 25 judoists, 25 sprinters, 15 middle-long distance runners, 15 weight lifters, 14 swimmers and 10 badminton players. (mean age of 20.4 ± 2.5 yr ). The results obtained from this study were followed: 1) Body weight of judoists and weight lifters were heavier, whereas shorter body height of them than other sports group. And body weight of middle-long distance runners was most lightest in all group. Sprinters and swimmers have more higher body height than other group. 2) The RBC count, hematocrit (Hct) and hemoglobin values of middle-long distance runners were significantly lesser than sprinters, swimmers, weight lifters. 3) Weight lifters had greater WBC count than sprinters and middle-long distance runners; The platelet count was no significant difference between any two groups. 4) Badminton players had significantly lower serum uric acid concentration than that of judoists and middle-long distance runners.
