     本文是一篇關於企業倫理守則有效性問題的文獻分析。近年來,倫理守則的有效性已成為企業倫理研究中的重要課題之一,在諸多討論中,本文焦點集中於企業倫理守則制定過程中影響其有效性的可能因素。問題包括:(一)為何要制定企業倫理守則?(二)除了倫理守則之外,有其它影響倫理抉擇的因素嗎?(三)什麼樣的行為才是合乎倫理守則要求的行為?(四)誰制定倫理守則?倫理守則規範誰?(五)如何表述倫理守則?
This is a review of the literature as the effectiveness of business ethics codes. Recently the effectiveness of business ethical codes has become an important topic in the study of business ethics. Among the many issues concerned, this paper focuses on the process of forming ethical codes? Second, are there any other factors, other than ethical codes, affecting an individual’s moral decisions? Third, what kind of behaviors that is able to meet the demand of ethical codes? Fourth, who ordains the ethical codes and whom are these codes enforced? And fifth, how do we present the ethical codes?
