     窒息效應是社會心理學中特別用來指稱個體身處運動競賽壓力下的失 常表現,筆者首先回顧解釋窒息效應之代表性實証研究結果,並在五個與窒息效 應有密切相關的變項上分別說明之,這些影響因素分別是競爭、懲罰安排、酬賞 安排、自我相關性與觀眾。根據窒息效應的相關文獻,將已往的理論與研究結果 做試探性的整合,並提出未來研究的建議。
