Purposes of this study were (1) to examine students' knowledge and attitudes toward child emergency first-aid, (2) to compare student's knowledge, attitudes before and after a training program, (3) to evaluate the child emergency first-aid training program. Samples of this study were students who were registered in child emergency first-aid class. Results of this study showed that (1) students' knowledge scores are higher and attitudes are more positive after attending child emergency first-aid training program, (2) Students were positive on the evaluation of the child emergency first-aid training program. Therefore, the effectiveness of educational intervention is significantly necessary.
