本文跨=為因應我國加入WTO後，採購國際化的趨勢，立法通過「政府採購法」，作為規範辦理採購之行政法源根據，並自八十七年五月二十七日正式施行。本文針對採購法的精神及條文作一粗淺的介紹，並試圖探討圖書資料採購在採購法之下，可能遭遇的問題及解決之道。

　　　　　The President promulgated the Government Procurement Law on May 27, 1998. The Law is enacted to establish a government procurement system that has fair and open procurement procedures, can promote the efficiency and effectiveness of government procurement operation, and is able to ensure the quality of procurement. This paper will give an overview of some of the articles and further discuss the impact on the policy of the library acquisition.
