高雄都會公園為臺灣第一座都會公園，除了提供環境保護與休閒空間的功能以外，還肩負環境教育的使命。本研究以高雄都會公園的義工為對象，探討(1)義務服務員在高雄都會公園之學習特色與(2)影響其參與學習之相關因素，以提供未來培訓義工工作之參考。本研究以自然探索研究法，透過參與高雄都會公園（高都）義務服務員（義工）培訓與服務過程，紀錄分析各相關因素發現，高都義工之學習特質為(1)深度的環境素養、(2)自發且自然的學習歷程；另外發現(1)高雄都會公園管理站、(2)高雄都會公園義務服務員聯誼會，以及(3)義務服務員培訓與服務現況，對義工參與學習有所影響。

　　　　　eing the first metropolitan park in Taiwan, Kaohsiung Metropolitan Park not only enhances environmental protection and recreational space, but also contributes to the mission of Environmental Education. Adult volunteers have an important role to play in this mission. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to explore the factors that my influence the learning and participation of adult volunteers in KMP. In this research, naturalistic inquiry was used as the research method, through observing and analyzing a volunteer group in training. The conclusion is that volunteer learning and participation are influenced by a combination of factors, including: (1)deep environmental literacy of the volunteer trainees, (2)the self-initiated and natural learning process. At that same the researchers find that (1)the administrative characteristics of KMP, (2)the Volunteer Association, (3)the way the training and work organized are relevant to the learning and participation of the volunteers.
