Fractal geometry, a new theory of Geometry which has been developed in recent years is able ttorepresent the regulation and characteristics of physical objects from their chaos and irregular constructions. It announced regular patterns and innate character in irregular chaos structures of natural objects. Fractal geometry has self-similar figure of each part. Moreover, it is not only can show complex images of nature but also apply it character on visual design by a fraction form. The method of expression is quite different from Euclid geometry. From the impact of Postmodernism, formalization will not lead to functional approach, therefore we need to rethink the regulation, technique, and the way we present our works from the perspective of neoaesthetics. This paper is to use the theory of Fractal Geometry from literature review and organizes its form and phenomenon. The author attempts to examine and apply this theory on visual design. The result of the study will be served as a reference in the design and creative development.
