　　　　　本研究以建設公司管理部門主管為對象，探討其依循全面品質管理理念所採取的管理行為，與經營型態的關係。根據建設公司之特性，擷取全面品質管理活動的五個主要因素：領導能力、人力資源管理、製程管理、供應商管理及連續性的改善與資訊，並將建設公司劃分為三個不同的經營型態，發現基本型公司較重視與其他供應廠商之配合；一貫作業型公司則較重視人力資源管理及連續性改善與資訊之分析；至於複合經營型公司則居於其中。且發現影響建設公司規劃績效最主要之全面品質管理因素為「供應商之管理」，其次是「領導能力」。
　　　　　This study examines the relationship between total quality management activities (TQM) and business types as perceived by top managers in real estate companies in Taiwan. Five major indices of TQM are proposed and the real estate firms are classified into three business types, fundamental, multiple, and turn-key. The fundamental type pays more attention to the index of suppliers' management, while the turn-key type focuses more on the other two indices, human resource management, and continuous improvement and information management. Besides, suppliers' management and leadership ability are the two most important TQM indices, which affect the performance at the building planning phase of the real estate companies.
