本研究之兩家晶圓製造公司及一家塑膠球形柵狀陣列基板極板製造工廠之員工為研究對象,以問卷調查方式,評估員工發生肩頸部位疼痛之情形,以及危險因子,並以Multiple Logistic Regression,分析肩頸疼痛之發生與其它個人及工作因子間之相關性。結果共得494份有效問卷,參與率為81%,受試者之平均年齡為26.4歲,43.1%為女性員工,48.2%,為直接從事現場工作之作業員,進廠年資平均為17.1個月。38.1%的員工填答在進廠後曾經發生肩頭部位之疼痛,其中44.1%的疼痛者在進廠前未曾有類似疼痛,一週疼痛之盛行率為19.6%。以“進廠後是否發生肩頸疼痛”為因變數,不管過去有無類似疼痛,迴歸分析的結果顯示,女性、現場作業員及生活中之重大事為顯著之相關因素,但是女性與工作職務間有強烈相關。

This study is to survey neck and shoulder pain among semiconductor industry workers and to explore the individual and work-related risk factors. All eligible workers from two semiconductor and one allied industry companies took part in a self-administered questionnaire voluntarily. They were asked to recollect the occurrence of neck and shoulder pain at their present job. In all, there are 494 participants enrolled, aged 26.4±4.6 y/o, with 43.1% being female. About 48.2% of them were directly involved in production processes, with an average employment duration of 17.1 months. Among the whole subjects, 38.1% reported at least one episode of neck and shoulder pain at the present job, and 44.1% of them had no similar experience before entrance. One week prevalence of neck and shoulder pain is 19.6%. Using multiple logistic regression method, the significantly important factors of self-reported neck and shoulder pain are female, production line workers, and major life events in the past days. However, the distribution of gender is highly related to job titles.
