The main topic of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the curricular programming and the condition of both teaching as well as learning on the department of mechanical engineering. To accomplish this study, we use two major processes, questionnaire and visit. The contents of the questionnaires were first established by surveying relative papers. Then we visit some professional personal persons and according to the visiting results as well as the literatures, we refined all information to confirm the questions of the questionnaires. The questionnaires investigation was under the random sampling process and the sample is the teachers and students in our school. Trough this investigation research, we hope that it can help pus to a little bit realize the whole picture of the topic.
