　　　　　本研究的主要目的在瞭解經前症候群在青少女群體中之盛行率及影響青少女經前症候群嚴重度之因素。本研究採結構性問卷進行資料收集，以台灣北部某一科學技術學院專科部一到三年級女學生（平均年齡17歲）為主要對象，共收759份有效問卷，以SPSS 軟體分析資料。研究結果顯示研究對象過去曾有經前症候群的盛行率為72.86%。經前症候群嚴重度與研究對象年齡、經期不適症狀的天數、咖啡因飲料攝取量、自覺健康狀態等呈顯著相關。月經週期是否規則、有無婦科疾病及經期疼痛程度，其經前症候群嚴重程度呈明顯差異。本研究結果顯示年齡、咖啡因飲料攝取量、經期疼痛程度，自覺健康狀態等四變項可預測24.8％青少女經前症候群嚴重程度。
　　　　　The purpose of this study was to understand the prevalence of adolescent and the factors affecting severity of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Data were collected by structural questionnaire. The subjects included 759 female students, at the average age of 17, ranging from the first to the third grade of a technical college at northern Taiwan. The result shows that the percentage of prevalence of PMS is 72.86%. The severity of the syndrome is related to the age, duration of menstrual discomfort, caffeine drinking, self-consciousness of health. The severity of PMS is significantly difference in menstrual cycle , diagnosed with gynecological disease and degree of menstrual pain. This study shows that age, caffeine drinking, degree of menstrual pain and self-consciousness of health can predict 24.8% severity of PMS of adolescents.
